While there are plenty of physical benefits from the WAY classes, which combine ashtanga and vinyasa yoga practices, they’re also designed to calm mind and spirit. Set to eclectic music in warm—not hot—rooms, classes combine fast-paced vinyasa moves with cooling sequences that target belly muscles for more body elasticity and range of motion.
